We are now entering a high-growth phase with ambitions to scale across India and select international markets, and are seeking a visionary CEO to lead this transformation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Vision & Leadership

• Lead the development and execution of a 3–5 year growth roadmap.
• Drive business model scalability in India and targeted international markets (Africa, MENA, SE Asia).
• Guide cross-functional teams across Projects, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Compliance.

2. Commercial & Operational Excellence

• Oversee a large portfolio of leased industrial assets (~₹100 Cr+) ensuring optimal uptime, O&M, and lifecycle value.
• Optimize BOOT/BOO contract acquisition and implementation to ensure long-term recurring revenues.
• Guide pricing strategy, customer acquisition, risk management, and service excellence.

3. Stakeholder & Investor Engagement

• Interface regularly with global impact investors and development finance institutions (DFIs).
• Lead fundraising (green bonds, ESG-linked debt/equity) for expansion and capex.
• Present performance metrics, ESG outcomes, and strategic updates to the Board.

4. Innovation, ESG, and Compliance

• Ensure the company remains compliant with environmental and regulatory norms (CPCB, MoEF).
• Establish digital and ESG reporting systems aligned with SDG and ZLD mandates.
• Lead innovation in remote monitoring, automation, and asset management technologies.

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

🎓 Education:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
• MBA/PGDM in Strategy, Operations, or General Management (preferred)

🧳 Experience:

• 15–20 years total, with

  5+ years in a CXO/Business Head/P&L leadership role

• Proven experience in one or more of the following:
• Industrial equipment leasing/utility services
• Renewable energy (solar, EV infra, wind, BESS)
• Water/waste management
• Infrastructure/ESG/Green-tech startups
• Familiarity with BOOT/BOO/O&M project frameworks is essential

🔧 Preferred Industry Backgrounds:

• Green Energy (Solar EPC, Wind, EV, Waste-to-Energy)
• Utility-as-a-Service (DG sets, water plants, power infra)
• Industrial Engineering & Equipment Leasing
• Environmental Services (Wastewater, Hazardous Waste, ZLD systems)
