The role involves providing strategic and operational support directly to the founders, assisting in project management, analyzing business data, preparing reports, and coordinating key initiatives. The Management Trainee will actively participate in decision-making processes, contribute to cross-functional projects, and assist in monitoring and streamlining operations across various departments. Qualifications Strong Project Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
