AI Forge India, a subsidiary of AI Forge based in London, operates as a premier AI incubator dedicated to nurturing over 45 innovative AI startups annually. Our mission is to empower emerging founders to disrupt industries, foster economic growth, and solve real-world challenges. With an immersive 12-week program, including intense in-person collaboration, we support three annual cohorts, each comprising 25 companies. AI Forge offers startups access to experienced mentors and partnerships with leading corporates, helping them scale their businesses effectively.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Founder's Office - Management Trainee. The role involves providing strategic and operational support directly to the founders, assisting in project management, analyzing business data, preparing reports, and coordinating key initiatives. The Management Trainee will actively participate in decision-making processes, contribute to cross-functional projects, and assist in monitoring and streamlining operations across various departments.

• Analytical Thinking, Data Analysis, and Problem-Solving abilities to interpret complex data and drive decisions.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills to convey ideas clearly and professionally to stakeholders.
• Flexibility, Proactivity, and a High level of Ownership to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.
• Interest in the AI/Tech ecosystem and familiarity with startup operations will be advantageous.

CTC: INR 5-7 Lakhs+ Variable
