As a Director-Dealflow at AI Forge India, a premier AI incubator in Mumbai, your role involves overseeing the process of identifying, evaluating, and onboarding promising AI startups into cohort programs. You will play a critical role in fostering partnerships, collaborating with industry partners, and ensuring the growth and success of selected startups. Key Responsibilities: - Build relationships with founders to identify potential AI startups for the program - Evaluate the business potential of startups for their inclusion in cohort programs - Collaborate with industry partners to enhance the startup ecosystem - Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected startups Qualifications: - Proven skills in deal sourcing, business development, and engagement within the startup ecosystem - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities - Leadership and team collaboration skills to manage internal operations and external partnerships - Strategic thinking with experience in evaluating market trends and startup investment potential - Knowledge of artificial intelligence trends and technologies is highly desirable - Familiarity with venture capital or incubator/accelerator programs is preferred - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus AI Forge India, a subsidiary of AI Forge based in London, is dedicated to fostering and funding over 45 AI startups annually.
