Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and expansion of our AI-powered healthcare platforms. Your key responsibilities will encompass various areas: **Technology Strategy & Leadership:** - Define and execute the company's technology vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Supervise the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions for telemedicine platforms. **Team Management & Development:** - Construct, guide, and mentor a proficient technical team. - Cultivate an environment of innovation and cooperation within the technology department. **Product Development:** - Propel the end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and user-friendly platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure timely product delivery. **AI/ML Integration:** - Spearhead the integration of AI/ML technologies to enhance patient engagement and elevate healthcare outcomes. **Security & Compliance:** - Guarantee robust security measures and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Demonstrated experience as a CTO or senior technology leader, preferably in healthcare technology, AI, or telemedicine. - Profound expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud computing, and mobile/web app development. - In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards. - Proven track record of leading product development and scaling technology in startups or growth-stage companies. - An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Preferred qualifications include prior involvement in a healthcare-focused startup or early-stage company, familiarity with telemedicine platforms and healthcare software, and a strong understanding of startup investment and fundraising dynamics.
