Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the P&L, revenue growth, profitability and long-term business strategy.
• Drive AUM expansion across PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds & advisory products.
• Lead multi-channel distribution (B2B2C & D2C) with strong partner ecosystem growth.
• Build and execute sales strategy, marketing funnels and digital acquisition journeys.
• Strengthen customer experience, RM productivity, and channel revenue models.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and capital market regulatory frameworks.
• Lead high-performing teams, scale operations and drive organisation-wide excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 15–25+ years of experience in

  Capital Markets / Wealth / PMS–AIF / Distribution

  .
• Proven track record of

  leading P&L and scaling revenue-driven businesses

  .
• Strong domain expertise across investment products, market dynamics and distribution models.
• Experience in digital engagement, CRM-driven sales, and partner-led growth.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
