Role Objective:

The CA Trainee will support the finance team in handling day-to-day accounting, taxation, internal audits, and financial analysis, gaining practical exposure in compliance with ICAI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, bank transactions, expenses, etc.)

• Support in GST returns filing, TDS computation, and monthly statutory compliances

• Help with reconciliation of ledgers, bank accounts, and vendor/customer accounts

• Participate in internal audits and support cost control initiatives

• Prepare MIS reports, expense tracking, and support in budgeting and forecasting

• Assist in inventory and asset management processes

• Exposure to project costing and cost audits for ongoing RMC operations

• Ensure timely documentation and filing of vouchers and records

• Coordinate with other departments for data and financial clarifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• CA articleship under ICAI (completed IPCC / Intermediate Group I or both)

• Strong accounting and taxation knowledge

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally ERP/SAP (preferred)

• Good analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work under deadlines and in a team environment

• Willingness to visit plant locations as needed
