Roles & Resonsibilities

Financial Accounting:

Taxation:

- Assist with tax filings, including GST, TDS, and other applicable tax returns.

- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and identify opportunities for tax optimization.

Audit Support:

- Assist in internal and external audits.

- Prepare financial statements as per Indian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Financial Reporting:

- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.

- Assist in preparing cash flow projections and budgeting for real estate projects.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal accounting standards related to the real estate industry.

Cost Management:

- Track and report on the costs of real estate projects.

- Provide financial analysis and support decision-making for new and ongoing projects.

Real Estate Financial Modelling:

- Assist in preparing financial models for property investment and development projects, including returns analysis, feasibility studies, and project valuations.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts department.

• Treasury Management:

  Manage the organization's cash flows, banking relationships, and investment portfolio.

Required Candidate Profile: -

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Tally Prime).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
