Job Description

,Role & responsibilities

Handle and advise on all legal matters related to real estate transactions including land acquisition, property development, leasing, and sales
Conduct legal due diligence of properties, verify title documents, and prepare title reports.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements sale deeds, lease agreements, JV/JDA agreements, MoUs, POAs, and other property-related documents.
Manage and represent the company in litigation, arbitration, and legal proceedings related to property disputes, civil matters, or regulatory compliance.
Liaise with external legal counsels, regulatory authorities, and government bodies.
Ensure compliance with RERA, land laws, municipal regulations, and other statutory obligations.
Provide legal advice to internal teams including Projects, Sales, Procurement, and Finance.
Maintain legal records, contract management systems, and risk mitigation strategies.
Mentor and guide junior members of the legal team

Preferred candidate profile

Experience dealing with large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Exposure to land acquisition in urban and semi-urban areas.
Familiarity with digital documentation and legal tech tools.
