VACANCY: ADVOCATE Position: Advocate / Counsel Office Location: Vasai West, Near Railway Station Organization: Rana & Associates Experience Required: Minimum 10–15 years of active litigation and advisory practice   About the Role We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Advocate to lead complex legal matters, provide strategic legal opinions, and represent clients before various judicial (Court) and quasi-judicial forums. The ideal candidate should possess strong advocacy skills, deep understanding of substantive and procedural law, and the ability to mentor junior associates. Key Responsibilities Appear and argue matters before the Hon’ble High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts, JMFC. Draft, review, and settle pleadings, writs, petitions, affidavits, and written submissions. Provide Consultation, legal strategy and opinions on complex civil, criminal, corporate, and commercial cases. Supervise and guide a team of junior advocates and legal associates in research, drafting, and case preparation. Liaise with clients, law firms, and other legal professionals for effective case management. Conduct case law research, ensure compliance with legal procedures, and maintain confidentiality in all matters.   Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university; Minimum 10 years of post-enrollment experience in litigation practice. Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills. Demonstrated expertise in handling matters under the Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Corporate, Matrimonial Law, N. I.
