Marketing Agent

Job Summary: The Collection & Customer Acquisition Agent will be responsible for collecting daily/weekly/monthly instalments, deposits, and dues from existing customers/members, as well as identifying and onboarding new customers for the Patpedhi. The role requires fieldwork, relationship-building, and ensuring timely deposit of collected funds.   Key Responsibilities: Collection Duties: 1.  Visit in your area and make new customers/members daily to collect, savings deposits, recurring deposits, and other dues. 2.  Issue receipts to customers immediately upon collection. 3.  Maintain accurate collection records in registers or mobile apps. 4.  Deposit all collected amounts to the Patpedhi branch the same day and update their data. 5.  Track overdue accounts, follow up with defaulters, and report to seniors for recovery action. 6.  Handle cash responsibly and as per Patpedhi guidelines. Customer Acquisition Duties: 1.  Identify potential customers/members in your local area for saving deposit, Fixed deposit, Daily Deposit persons, and other banking services. 2.  Explain the benefits, schemes, and products of the Patpedhi to attract new members. 3.  Assist in completing account opening forms, KYC, and other documentation. 4.  Build strong relationships with customers to encourage regular savings and timely repayments. 5.  Support the growth of the branch by meeting customer acquisition targets.   Qualifications & Skills:·        . Minimum: 10th/12th pass (Graduate preferred). ·       Can handle collections, recovery, or sales will be an advantage. ·       Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. ·       Ability to travel extensively in your area or assigned areas. ·       Honest, reliable, and disciplined in handling money.
