Role & Responsibilities
Ø Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Ø Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Ø Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Ø Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ø Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as GAAP, IFRS, or local regulations.
Ø Maintain and improve internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
Ø Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Ø Ensure timely filing of tax returns, regulatory reports, and statutory compliance across jurisdictions.
Ø Stay updated with financial laws and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Ø Manage cash flow projections and working capital requirements.
Ø Oversee banking relationships, loan facilities, and investment strategies.
Ø Ensure optimal use of financial resources to maintain liquidity and support operations.
Ø Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals.
Ø Set team goals, monitor performance, and foster a high-performance culture.
Ø Promote cross-functional collaboration Oversee implementation and use of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
Ø Ensure data integrity and efficient financial reporting from systems.
Ø Evaluate and upgrade systems and tools as needed to improve processes.
Requirements
· Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
· Experience: Typically 4–15+ years in progressively responsible finance and accounting roles.
· Technical Skills: Expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
