Role & Responsibilities

Ø Manage and recover outstanding debts through phone calls, emails, and letters.

Ø Develop and maintain relationships with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.

Ø Analyze customer accounts, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to prevent bad debts.

Ø Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and account status.

Ø Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics.

Ø Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Ø Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies.

Requirements

· 2+ years of experience in collections, credit control, or a related field.

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
