Role & Responsibilities

Ø Review and process loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Ø Verify and maintain accurate loan documentation, including loan agreements, promissory notes, and security agreements.

Ø Coordinate loan disbursals, ensuring timely and accurate payment to borrowers.

Ø Monitor and manage loan repayments, including payment processing and follow-up on overdue payments.

Ø Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan operations, including credit risk, operational risk, and regulatory risk.

Ø Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Ø Prepare and submit regular reports on loan operations, including performance metrics and risk management.

Ø Provide excellent customer service to borrowers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong knowledge of loan processing, documentation, and repayment.

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

· Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and loan management software.
