We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support strategic decision-making for the business.

Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare accurate financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, MIS reports, and budgets.
• Monitor and maintain general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and expense controls.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.

Compliance & Taxation

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and handle audit documentation.

Cost & Inventory Accounting

• Maintain cost records and analyze product costing trends.
• Assist management in pricing decisions and cost optimization.
• Monitor inventory valuation and verifying stock records periodically.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow planning, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights for business decisions and operational efficiency.
• Analyze data and develop process improvements to strengthen internal controls.

Vendor & Banking Coordination

• Manage vendor payments, reconciliation, and credit terms.
• Coordinate with banks for LC, OD facilities, and treasury requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, taxation, audit standards, and corporate laws.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and financial integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing / diamond industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
• Strong presentation and business acumen skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
