Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations (e.g., GAAP or IFRS), and timely reporting. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Oversee general ledger operations and ensure proper documentation and internal controls are maintained. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders during audits and tax filings. Mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
