Job Description

Role Overview: As the Channel Sales Manager for New Partner Acquisition, your main responsibility will be driving new partner acquisition and channel development for our CRM and GPS-based attendance management software solutions, with a focus on B2B IT/SaaS sales. You will play a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and managing new channel partners, resellers, and system integrators. Additionally, you will be tasked with driving revenue through indirect sales channels, promoting CRM and GPS attendance solutions through product demos and presentations, and establishing long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, product, and support will be essential to ensure partner success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners, resellers, and system integrators - Drive revenue through indirect sales channels - Promote CRM and GPS attendance solutions through product demos and presentations - Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations - Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and support to enable partner success Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the IT/SaaS sector - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proficient in using CRM tools and sales reporting systems - Experience with CRM solutions, HRMS, or attendance management systems is a plus - Understanding of the IT reseller ecosystem and partner sales models Additional Details: The Channel Sales Manager will enjoy remote work flexibility, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth into senior sales leadership roles within a fast-growing product in a high-demand niche.
