Architect

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Lucknow. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the structural aspects of projects, ensuring that architectural designs are implemented as planned. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with software development teams for integration, managing architectural projects, and ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget. The role requires a thorough understanding of architectural principles, project management, and the ability to integrate architectural designs with various software systems. Concept, Design and Project Management of all projects. Experience in Residential and Commercial Concept and Design. Good knowledge of local byelaws and guidelines. Required Candidate profile: A good portfolio and 7 to 11 experience as an Architect in Real estate industry. Experience on depth observation on architecture drawings/design AutoCAD, Revit, sketch, BIM & Architectural drawings Qualifications Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design Experience in Software Development and Integration Project Management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Professional certification in Architecture or Project Management is a plus Experience: 8 - 11 years Salary: 9 Lac(s) to12 Lac(s) P.A.
