Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural design projects end-to-end.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and design documents.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure designs are functional, sustainable, and compliant with local building codes and regulations.
Oversee site execution to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
9–11 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and execution.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and innovative architectural projects.
Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

LEED or GRIHA accreditation is a plus.
Experience in high-rise, residential/commercial projects.
Familiarity with BIM workflow and collaborative design platforms.
