Nagar, Habibullah Road, Chennai ( Site locations vary – mostly within the city ) Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities at construction sites Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers Ensure materials are used effectively and as per standards Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and updates Attend site meetings and provide technical input when needed Ensure safety protocols and quality control standards are followed Coordinate with the design team and provide feedback from site Qualifications: Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering Minimum 3 to 8 year of site experience (residential preferred) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management Ability to read structural and architectural drawings Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (basic level) Good communication and problem-solving skills Must own a smartphone for daily reporting and site updates Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
