Architects / Interior designers

As an architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning functional buildings, spaces, and structures. You should hold a qualification in B.ARCH and be below 40 years of age. We are seeking honest, dedicated, and punctual candidates who are eager to contribute their best efforts towards creating unique forms and spaces while aligning with our work culture. Our firm specializes in designing High End Individual Villas and Independent Houses with the aim of creating iconic structures that instill confidence in our clients. At our office located in T.Nagar, Habibullah Road, the base working hours are from 9:30 to 18:30. However, the typical office employee timing is from 10:00 to 20:00. We do not believe in limiting your potential with specific roles or designations, and we encourage and reward individuals who demonstrate initiative and commitment. Your responsibilities will include creating plans and drawings, producing and reviewing drawings and 3D views, coordinating with clients, conducting site evaluations to ensure quality and safety standards, providing recommendations throughout the construction process, liaising with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with the site team, and collaborating with structural engineers. The ideal candidate must be proficient in CAD, possess a good understanding of drawings and 3D views, and have a laptop supporting Lumion with less than 1 year of experience. This is a full-time position with a remote work location.
