You will be responsible for leading a team of at least 7 individuals for the conceptualization and interior design of NBU (New Business Unit) stores. This role will involve coordinating services, preparing GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and specifications. Additionally, you will be required to create concept presentations, interior layouts, sections, elevations, GFC drawings, 3D views, and coordinated services drawings. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, visualization software, Excel, and MS Office (specifically PowerPoint) is essential for this position.
