Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated Junior Civil Site Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate will support senior engineers in day-to-day site execution, measurement recording, procurement coordination, and progress tracking. Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution Support:

• Assist in supervising daily construction activities at the site.
• Execute work as per approved engineering drawings, specifications, and instructions from the senior engineer.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with quality standards during execution.

Measurement & Documentation:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining the Measurement Book (MB) for all site activities.
• Record daily work progress and material usage.

Procurement & Material Handling:

• Coordinate with the store/purchase team for timely material procurement.
• Check material delivery against requirements and report shortages or defects.

Client & Contractor Coordination:

• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely work execution.
• Support in basic client coordination for site visits and updates.

Reporting & Meetings:

• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the site engineer or project manager.
• Attend internal and client project meetings as required.
• Assist in follow-up for material and payment status under the guidance of the senior team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential site execution.
• Familiar with engineering drawings, basic quantity take-offs, and site measurements.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic site tools.
• Good communication and willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
