Job Description

As a Sales Manager-Channel, you will be responsible for executing the country strategy to achieve the AOP targets from assigned accounts. You will have team of 4-6 Channel Account Managers. Your reporting will be to National Sales Leader Channels. You will have hybrid schedule working in Bengaluru/Gurugram.
Your Responsibilities:
  • You will achieve Annual operating plan (AOP) targets from assigned accounts.
  • You will drive sales performance in close collaboration with the business units channel Partners to meet month, quarter and annual goals
  • You will lead execution of (applicable) programs related to growing Process, OEMs.
  • You will lead, coach and motivate Account Managers to achieve targeted performance complying organization metrics to drive continuous growth and enhance market share.
  • You will work cohesively in an Eco-system including Business Units, Partners, EU/OEM/Industry teams to help India Growth Strategy
  • You will hire, manage retention and performance management of the team to deliver superlative performance.
  • You will develop and guide the team to collaborate with many stake holders (EU/OEM Sales/Industry/BU).
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Graduate Engineer with minimum 15 years experience
  • Relevant exposure in a sales manager role/leading a team.
  • Develop and leverage executive relationships at customers for long term business relationships .
  • The ability to travel 50% of the time.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have Specific Skills:
  • Product: Intermediate level of expertise in Business Development activities in Process, and Services Solutions
  • Industry: Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Market Research Analysis (Market Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behaviours, Competitor Research), Project / Implementation Management
  • Behavioural: Training Skills, Team Management and Project Sales Strategizing
