Job Title: Channel Partner (CP) Sales Manager

Department: Sales

Location: Ahmedabad / Bangalore

Reports to: Regional Sales Head / Business Head

Role Overview:

The CP Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring, engaging, and managing a network of real estate Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Partner Acquisition & Onboarding:

Identify and empanel new real estate brokers, agents, and consultants

• Project Promotion & Campaign Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out channel-specific promotions, events, and offers to boost project visibility and partner interest.

• Site Visit Coordination:

Facilitate seamless site visits for leads generated by CPs; ensure proper coordination between sales team and channel network.

• Performance Tracking:

Monitor and evaluate CP performance using CRM systems and regular reporting; take corrective actions for underperforming partners.

• Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure timely documentation, agreement signing, and payout processing as per company policy for channel partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Graduate

• 4+ years of experience in real estate channel sales or broker network management

• Strong network of active CPs in the region (preferred)

• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Excel/PowerPoint

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle high-value real estate sales and customer interface
