Role Description Designing and detailed engineering of Electrical and control systems aspect of BESS solutions. Sizing and Battery capacity finalization as per the requirement of various global tenders. Design and integrate BESS systems for utility scale (stand-alone), micro-grids and solar hybrid BESS systems including large building, containerized, and modular systems (both DC and AC coupled). SPOC for BESS related technical discussion with various Global developers and Vendors Preparation of technical specifications Designing of Electrical panels, Cable sizing, Busbar sizing, Switchgear selection etc. Integration of Battery packs, hardware, and its software part Must have basic knowledge of solar and wind power plant designing concepts Basic understanding of energy yield concepts of solar and wind plants using simulation software such as PV SYST/ Windpro etc Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point presentation, Creating documents, writing reports according to specifications Qualifications Design Engineering and Product Design skills Experience with CAD Electrical Engineering knowledge Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field in progress Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus

Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales through the channel network by providing regular product and pricing updates, training, and devising a suitable Go-to market strategy and plan. Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth from assigned territories. Channel Development: Identify and recruit potential channel partners (installers, dealers, EPCs) for rooftop solar systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals. Training & Support: Conduct product and sales training for partners. Support partners with technical knowledge, proposals, and closing deals. Market Development: Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to provide feedback to internal teams. Organize or participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and partner events to promote products. Performance Monitoring: Track channel performance metrics (sales volume, conversions, lead quality). Evaluate channel productivity and take corrective actions where needed. Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution and partner satisfaction. Coordinate logistics, order fulfillment, and post-sales support.
