RSM's National Healthcare Consulting practice is hiring for a Healthcare Systems Implementation Consultant who will participate in all aspects of the systems implementation life cycle related to the integration of leading healthcare IT applications. This work will include defining customer requirements, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. In addition, this role will support strategic IT projects such as IT systems assessments, software selections, and roadmap development. The Consultant will be part of a multi-disciplined project team and will work collaboratively with both fellow consulting and client team members. As a member of the RSM's National Healthcare consulting practice, you will join professionals with a broad knowledge of the Healthcare industry including financial analysis and revenue cycle management, regulatory reporting and compliance, HIPAA privacy, security, and Healthcare IT. The Healthcare Systems Implementation Consultant will also have a basic understanding of the consulting cycle process within the healthcare industry. As a key contributor, he/she will support the building of a world-class healthcare practice through listening to client needs, proposal development and presentation of solutions. Responsibilities: Implement leading packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate healthcare business and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business needs such as Epic, Cerner, and Solventum (3M) solutions. Deploy innovative healthcare industry-specific solutions Assess current state workflow and work with the implementation team to validate proposed future state fits with overall project objectives Identify, assess, and solve complex business integration problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Work interactively with clients and client team members to configure, test, and validate the software application environment Contribute to IT systems assessments and software selection projects Train client personnel on new processes/systems Travel as needed. Travel will be limited initially but may increase and include international travel to support system implementation efforts Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Management, or a similar program. Minimum of four years' experience with systems implementation projects and assessments. Direct experience with the implementation of software in a healthcare setting Prior consulting experience Experience with leading electronic health records systems (e.g. Epic, Cerner) Experience with Clinical Coding, and Clinical Documentation (e.g. Solventum (3M) 360 Encompass) is a plus Experience with Patient Engagement and CRM solutions is a plus

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Lightning Cloud solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and facilitate the successful adoption and deployment of Salesforce Lightning Cloud features. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce's platform, particularly Salesforce Lightning, and experience working on cloud-based CRM solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & AnalysisCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and pain points.Document business requirements, user stories, and use cases to drive Salesforce Lightning Cloud implementations.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and prioritize business needs.Analyze current systems and processes to propose optimized solutions in Salesforce Lightning.Translate product owner requirements into technical requirements for the squad to execute.Salesforce Configuration & CustomizationWork closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure effective customization and configuration of Salesforce Lightning Cloud features.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and assist in the design of workflows, reports, dashboards, and process automations.Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business goals and maximize user adoption.Process Mapping & OptimizationMap current business processes and propose process improvements using Salesforce Lightning.Lead process re-engineering efforts to streamline workflows and increase efficiency through Salesforce Cloud solutions. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Develop test plans and execute UAT for new Salesforce features and enhancements.Coordinate with users to ensure new features meet business needs and function as expected.Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised during testing.Training & SupportPrepare training materials and conduct end-user training sessions for Salesforce Lightning Cloud users.Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-implementation to ensure effective usage of Salesforce features.Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams for ongoing system enhancements and troubleshooting.Project Management & ReportingAssist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders on project milestones and outcomes.

Skills and Experience- 1. 12 - 15 years of Total Experience in CRM solutions with 8+ years in Salesforce. 2. Well experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service cloud, exposure to Marketing cloud, good to have understanding of Communications cloud and Financial Services Cloud. 3. Experience in SOQL, SOSL Queries, Developer Console, Eclipse Force.com IDE/Maven IDE, Reading SFDC platform logs, Lightening, Apex Class, VisualForce Process Builder, Triggers, Omni Studio development. 4. Minimum of 8x Certifications in Salesforce 5. Strong experience with community building initiatives and involved in mentoring team members 6. Well experienced in technical solution development for customer proposals 7. Have excellent senior client stakeholder communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented mindset. 8. Proven Leadership and Team management skills to achieve organizational goals Responsibilities- 1. Define skill development plans for consultants in Salesforce competency; nominate and manage specialists and skill sets related to specializations 2. Contribute to proposal development. 3. Provide directions and solutions for delivery code red, complex architecture development 4. Develop Business Case, Benefits realization plan and measure KPIs 5. Participate in customer interactions and deliver executive-level presentations deriving actions/ decisions 6. Bring thought leadership and ensure visibility and brand building through competence development programs and participation in partner led and other events. 7. Analyze market trends, conceptualize assets and accelerators to get an edge over competitors 8. Ensure that Specializations and Certifications are acquired in order to maintain and advance partnership levels and capabilities
