Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales of our IT and telephony products in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities for IT and UC products including USB Headsets, IP Phones, VoIP Gateways, IPPBX, SBCs, and Audio/Video solutions. Develop and manage relationships with key customers (corporates, BPOs, system integrators, resellers). Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and field activity. Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients. Coordinate with pre-sales, support, and logistics teams for timely execution of orders. Handle lead nurturing from inquiry to closure, including quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance market reach. Submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Business / Marketing (preferred). 3+ years of B2B sales experience in IT, VoIP, UC, AV, or Telecom products. Strong understanding of system integration and enterprise solution selling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Knowledge of CRM and sales tracking tools is an added advantage.

We are looking for a creative and digital-savvy Graphic Designer who can design marketing materials and help grow our LinkedIn and social media presence. Key Responsibilities:Design visually appealing creatives for marketing campaigns, social media, product promotions, and presentations. Plan and create engaging posts for LinkedIn to increase visibility and followers. Design brochures, banners, flyers, and emailers for sales and branding purposes. Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communication platforms. Collaborate with sales and content team to align design with messaging and business goals. Track post performance and suggest visual/content improvements to boost engagement. Support website design/layout suggestions and UI design where needed. Edit basic videos/reels for product showcase or customer testimonials (if applicable). Requirements:1–3 years of graphic design experience; B2B or tech industry experience is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Canva and CorelDraw are a plus. Experience in designing for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
