About R P InfotelR P Infotel is a leading System Integrator and IT/Telecom solutions provider based in Mumbai, dealing in Unified Communication, VoIP, Audio-Visual, and Networking products. We work with reputed brands such as AudioCodes, EPOS, BlackBox, and Hisense to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions across India. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts:Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Excel & CRM. Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records. Prepare invoices, POs, delivery challans, and payment receipts. Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and customer statements. Track pending payments and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups. Manage GST filing support, TDS, and other statutory documentation in coordination with the CA. Prepare monthly reports on sales, expenses, receivables, and payables. Administration:Manage office operations, stationery, courier, and vendor coordination. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and petty cash. Support HR activities such as joining formalities, offer letters, and salary sheet updates. Assist management in maintaining documentation and filing (digital & physical). Coordinate with internal departments (sales, support, logistics) for smooth workflow. Handle customer and vendor calls or emails for basic coordination. Key Skills RequiredProficiency in CRM. Good communication and email drafting skills in English & Hindi. Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles. Multitasking and attention to detail. Time management and ability to work independently.
