Job Description

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN JEWELLERY ACCOUTING Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible candidate to manage the financial and cashier operations of our silver shop. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills, accuracy in handling transactions, and the ability to maintain organized financial records. Key Responsibilities:Maintain all financial records of the shop accurately. Record and update all buy/sell entries on a daily basis. Keep ledger accounts of all parties and suppliers updated. Prepare and issue customer bills/invoices for every transaction. Handle cash counter operations and act as the shop cashier. Reconcile daily cash, card, and digital payment transactions. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements/reports. Coordinate with management to ensure smooth business operations. Requirements:Basic knowledge of accounting and ledger management. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software (preferred). Prior experience in cashier or accounts handling is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible individual. Minimum qualification: Graduate (B.Com preferred).
