Key Responsibilities: Partner Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement channel sales strategies that align with company goals. Partner Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with new channel partners. Sales Enablement: Provide training, resources, and support to partners to enhance their sales capabilities. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and tactics. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and compensation plans with partners. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) and external stakeholders (partners, customers). Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and report on sales performance. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through channel partners, exceeding sales targets. Key Skills: Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Sales Strategy and Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective channel sales strategies. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and other sales tools. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve issues and conflicts with partners.
