Promote and explain services related to: Admission Consulting (Domestic & International) Job Placement Services (RojgaarDekho.Com) Skill Training & Internship Programs (E-Media Institute) Generate leads and follow up regularly for conversion. Maintain detailed records of conversations in CRM or Excel. Meet weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets. Coordinate with senior managers and reporting authorities. Handle incoming inquiries and provide appropriate service information. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred) Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English will be a plus). Confident, energetic, and persuasive over the phone. Good knowledge of telecalling or telesales processes. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheet, WhatsApp, Email). Experience in sales/telecalling in education or consulting field preferred.
