Job Location:

Field Work – Assigned District/Area (Bihar/Jharkhand Region)

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month
• Fuel Allowance: ₹3.50 per KM (as per field sales standard)
• Food Allowance: ₹150 per working day
• Target Incentive: ₹1,000/- per Channel Partner after achieving base target of 10 CPs/month

Job Objective:

To identify, approach, and onboard new B2B Channel Partners (Franchisees) for E-Media Group™’s services such as College Admission, Skill Training, and Job Placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit coaching centres, cyber cafes, colleges, skill institutes, and career counselors to pitch our franchise model
• Conduct presentations, explain the business model, and close onboarding deals
• Achieve the monthly target of minimum 10 new Channel Partners
• Maintain records of daily visits, leads, and conversions
• Provide feedback and coordinate with the head office for support

Maintain good relationships with existing channel partners

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Computer Knowledge: Must know MS Office, Emailing, Google Sheets/Forms

Communication Skills: Must have fluent Hindi and basic English

• Other Skills: Customer Handling, Presentation, Field Pitching, Negotiation

Mandatory Requirements:

• Own Two-Wheeler with Valid Driving License
• Smartphone with Internet
• Must be ready for daily local travel within the assigned region

Earning Potential per Month (Example):
