Job Description

Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners through outbound calls, meetings, and market research. Manage existing channel partners and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Understand customer and partner requirements related to AV solutions such as displays, projectors, video conferencing systems, digital signage, control systems, and audio solutions. Work closely with channel partners to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details in coordination with internal sales and technical teams. Coordinate with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and partner support. Maintain accurate CRM records for partners, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Conduct product training and provide ongoing sales support to channel partners.
