Job Title: Channel Sales Executive

Location: Anika Piccadilly, Punawale – Pune

Reporting To: Channel Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Anika Piccadilly is a premium residential project by Arun Sheth & Company, located in Punawale, Pune. The project offers spacious 2 BHK homes with modern British architecture, 40+ lifestyle amenities, and excellent connectivity to Hinjawadi IT Park, PCMC, and the Mumbai–Bangalore Highway.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Channel Sales Executive to manage and grow our channel partner network, generate quality leads through brokers, and drive site visit and booking volumes for Anika Piccadilly.

The role requires strong relationship management skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to onboard, engage, and motivate channel partners to achieve sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Partner Management

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners (brokers, property consultants, agencies).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with channel partners.
  • Share updated inventory, pricing, offers, schemes, and project highlights.

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Generate site visits and bookings through channel partners.
  • Coordinate with internal sales team for lead allocation and follow-ups.
  • Track channel-wise performance (leads, visits, bookings, conversions).
  • Ensure timely closure and documentation of channel deals.

Training & Engagement

  • Conduct regular channel partner training sessions and site walk-throughs.
  • Ensure brokers are well-versed with project USPs, pricing, location advantages, and competitor comparison.
  • Organize channel partner meets, events, and engagement activities.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor projects, pricing, schemes, and channel activities.
  • Share market feedback and insights with the management and marketing team.

Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain daily/weekly MIS of channel leads, site visits, and bookings.
  • Track broker performance and recommend incentives or actions accordingly.

Candidate ProfileExperience

  • 1–4 years of experience in real estate channel sales / broker management.
  • Experience in Pune / PCMC real estate market is preferred.

Skills Required

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Result-oriented with a strong follow-up mindset.
  • Comfortable with targets, reporting, and CRM usage.
  • Presentable and confident for meetings with brokers and clients.

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of active channel partners onboarded.
  • Channel-generated leads per month.
  • Site visits generated through channel partners.
  • Bookings and revenue contribution from channel sales.
  • Conversion ratio of channel leads.
