Job Summary:
The Channel Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of Zoss Water Purifiers through distributors, dealers, and retail partners by developing strong channel relationships and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Appoint, manage, and support distributors and dealers to achieve sales targets
Promote Zoss Water Purifiers through channel partners and ensure product availability
Execute channel sales strategies, schemes, and promotional activities
Train dealers and retailers on product features, pricing, and benefits
Monitor stock levels, secondary sales, and timely order placement
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Ensure proper brand visibility at retail outlets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
1–3 years of experience in channel sales (preferably in water purifiers or consumer durables)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Channel sales volume and revenue growth
Distributor and dealer onboarding
Market coverage and outlet expansion
Secondary sales performance
Scheme execution and brand visibility
