Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to promote and sell ZOSS Water Purifiers by making outbound calls to potential customers. The role involves explaining product features, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote ZOSS water purifiers

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products

Follow up with interested leads to convert them into sales

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the system

Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in local language and basic English

Persuasive and confident speaking ability

Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Ability to handle rejection and work under targets

Basic knowledge of calling systems and CRM (preferred)

Prior tele calling or sales experience is an advantage
