Job Description

Role:

  • Manage

    sub-distribution operations

    for Consumer PCs and Accessories within the assigned territory.
  • Drive performance & growth of assigned territory with associated partners.
  • Enrolment of new partners along with

    demo execution and sell-out performance

    of existing partners.
  • Manage sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out, to grow and sustain sub-distribution business.
  • Expand

    Width of Distribution (WOD)

    to maximize numeric and district-level market coverage.
  • Ensure strong

    brand presence

    with

    100% district coverage

    in the assigned territory.
  • Manage

    non-managed accounts (T3 partners)

    to enhance overall market reach.
  • Ensure adherence weekly and monthly sales reports to the management.
  • Drive

    quarterly KPI achievement

    in line with business targets.
  • Ensure effective usage of the

    eSales mobile application

    by self and associated partners.
  • Maintain and regularly update the

    Channel Map

    , including new partner additions.
  • Drive the right

    product mix

    to establish a strong and competitive product base in the market.
  • Build and maintain channel mapping and ensure regular updates.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Industry Experience:

    Minimum

    2-5 years of field channel sales experience

    in the

    Laptop/PC, IT hardware, or consumer electronics industry

    .
  • Channel Exposure:

    Proven experience in handling

    IT channel partners

    , distributors, and retailers with strong understanding of

    sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out

    metrics.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Hands-on knowledge of

    laptops, desktops, AIOs, PC components

    , and basic understanding of configurations, pricing, and competitor products.
  • Mobility & Field Work:

    Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Good communication skills in

    English and regional language

    , with strong market-connect capability.
