Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the restaurant.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional performance and meet goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety protocols and inventory management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
