As a Front Office Executive, you will be the face of the hotel, responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience. You will manage check-ins, check-outs, guest queries, and ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously. Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs. Maintain updated records of bookings and guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS). Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures in line with hotel policy. Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize guest experience and revenue. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and no-shows in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with all hotel SOPs, security, and safety procedures. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role at a reputed hotel; five-star experience preferred. Proficiency in hotel management software Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of regional and foreign languages is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. A well-groomed and professional appearance.
