Campus Hiring Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Campus Hiring:

  • Plan and execute campus hiring strategy across India (Tier 1, Tier 2 colleges, including IITs, NITs, IIMs, Private Universities, and Engineering/Management institutes).
  • Conduct Pre-placement Talks (PPTs), assessments, group discussions, interviews, and final selections.
  • Build and manage campus calendars, event logistics, and coordination with colleges and internal teams.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with college placement cells, student ambassadors, and internal business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Business Heads, Hiring Managers, and Functional HR for requirement gathering and interview scheduling.
  • Employer Branding & Engagement:

  • Drive campus branding initiatives including social media campaigns, promotional videos, contests, and events.
  • Create and deliver impactful

    PowerPoint presentations

    for pre-placement talks and internal updates.
  • Organize engagement activities such as webinars, case competitions, hackathons, and campus ambassador programs.
  • Talent Pipelining & Candidate Experience:

  • Maintain talent pipeline from top campuses for future requirements.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through prompt communication and feedback.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

  • Create dashboards and MIS reports for leadership using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Provide post-event analysis, feedback, and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

    2–4 years in campus recruitment (preferably from product, services, Solar or Renewable industries or manufacturing industries).
  • Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent

    PowerPoint presentation and storytelling

    skills.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
  • Good understanding of

    employer branding

    ,

    digital engagement

    , and

    social media platforms

    (LinkedIn, Insta, YouTube).
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint & Excel), Zoom/Teams/WebEx, and basic ATS usage.
  • Educational Qualification:

    Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Location:

    Kolkata (mandatory).
  • Joining:

    Immediate or within 15 days preferred.
