We are looking for a dynamic Campus Recruiter with 2.5 years of proven experience in driving end-to-end campus hiring initiatives. If you're passionate about engaging with young talent and building future-ready teams, we want to hear from you!

Key

* Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across colleges in and around Hyderabad

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and college placement cells for scheduling and logistics

* Drive pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer roll-outs

* Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

* Build and maintain strong campus relationships to strengthen the employer brand

* Generate regular reports and insights on campus performance and hiring metrics

Who You Are

* Minimum 2.5 years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Confident public speaker and relationship builder
