Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across colleges in and around Hyderabad.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and college placement cells for scheduling and logistics.
Drive pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer roll-outs.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Build and maintain strong campus relationships to strengthen the employer brand.
Generate regular reports and insights on campus performance and hiring metrics.
