Our services include Customer Data Platform - Strategize and build CDP for scaled-up operations. Martech stack - Identify and use best communication channels and integrate with CDP Customer Segmentation Customer Segmentation - Building marketable customer cohorts. Customer LTV build-up - Frameworks to drive Lifetime value. Personalised communication - AB test, identify the correct route to communicate. Attribution - Measure the results and make a more intelligent decision. We have been in business for six months. We are working with reputable clients from the media, OTT, EdTech, education, and e-commerce industries.

We are looking for Campaign Managers / Developers

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and delivering powerfully creative, unique, and brand-inspiring emails, push notifications, and SMS marketing for some amazing brands. You will segment the audience and present them with targeted content that motivates them to open, engage with, and consume more of our content across multiple communication channels. You live to see the open and click-through rates continue to grow!


Responsibilities:

1. Be a specialist in campaign flow design and execution

2. Build and deliver campaigns using the Moengage /Clevertap/ Netcore/ Salesforce/ Braze/ Zoho CRM Platform/Adobe Marketo.

3. Build integrations with external channels on the marketing automation platform

4. Trigger-based ‘customer lifecycle’ communications designed to support brand awareness, account-based marketing, cross-selling, and up-selling campaigns.

5. Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes.

6. Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of

email execution

7. Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns daily/weekly to Team Leads


Required Skills

  • Graduate’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.
  • 2-4 years of experience in campaign development on any marketing automation tool like

    Adobe Marketo

  • Ideally, should have worked with FMCG, OTT/Media, Hospitality, and related industries
  • Proven track record of delivering successful, data-driven marketing automation campaigns/solutions
  • Experience in database segmentation, email automation, and campaign coordination
  • Experience in designing and building custom HTML templates and/or CSS
  • Hands-on experience in designing and building dashboards and campaign reports
