Role Overview

Campaign Manager – Google & Meta Ads


Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for assigned clients.
  • Understand client business goals, pain points, and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct regular

    review meetings, reporting calls, and performance discussions

    with clients.
  • Provide

    strategic consultation

    on campaign planning, budgets, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage escalations with a problem-solving, solutions-first approach.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and launch campaigns across

    Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

    and

    Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

    .
  • Conduct

    audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor benchmarking

    .
  • Implement

    funnel-based strategies

    for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.

Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for

    CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions

    .
  • Use

    GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker

    to generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Run

    A/B tests

    on creatives, landing pages, and targeting for continuous improvement.

Team & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with

    design, content, and account management teams

    to deliver seamless campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior executives on campaign execution and client handling.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver value beyond ads (creative strategy, funnel design, automation).

Innovation & AI-First Growth

  • Leverage

    Google AI bidding, Meta Advantage+, automation, and AI-driven creatives

    to maximize performance.
  • Stay updated with

    industry trends, betas, and emerging formats

    .
  • Introduce innovative approaches to clients to position SRV Media as a

    strategic partner, not just an execution agency

    .


Requirements

  • 3–6 years

    of experience in performance marketing (agency background strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of

    managing Google & Meta ad campaigns

    and handling direct client communications.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in

    GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and reporting dashboards

    .
  • Ability to

    handle multiple clients

    , manage expectations, and deliver on timelines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in

    Google Ads & Meta Blueprint

    (preferred).
