Key Responsibilities: Prepare discussion points for the daily stand-up calls, focusing on priorities, deadlines and potential issues, review project updates, task status and team work status. Ensure each team member has clear next steps and any dependencies are highlighted. Update project task in coordination tools e.g., Jira, slack, google trackers, skype and organization internal tools to reflect the latest task statuses. Follow up on overdue tasks or those nearing deadlines to keep the project on schedule. Adjust timelines and status if priorities have shifted. Send daily project status updates to stakeholders or team members as needed. Communicate any urgent project changes or timeline adjustments to relevant team members and clients. Document any new requirements or feedback from stakeholders. Review project risks and escalate any issues that could impact timelines or deliverables.
