About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager – Sales to join our growing team. This role is crucial in leading sales initiatives, crafting sales strategies, and building long-term client relationships in the B2B / B2C services space. The major focus will be Middle East, USA & India Markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in industries requiring compliance, cybersecurity, and GRC services.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and aligning our services accordingly.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking platforms.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for leadership.


Requirements

  • 2- 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Cybersecurity, Compliance, GRC, or Consultancy services.
  • Understanding of industry regulations, frameworks (like ISO, SOC2, GDPR, etc.), and certification processes.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and customer success.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.


Nice to Have


  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Existing network in industries like BFSI, Healthcare, IT/ITES, or Manufacturing.
  • Certifications in sales/marketing or cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, CISM, etc.)
