Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Sales Manager, based in Mumbai. The role includes managing and driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting targets, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the overall business goals of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Management and Sales
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to assess and interpret market trends
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
• Leadership skills and the ability to guide and manage a dynamic team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA is an advantage
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in corporate and SME financing, is preferred
