Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager business development manager role located in Ahmedabad at Arka Fincap Limited. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Experience in business development and sales
Negotiation and closing deals abilities
Understanding of financial products and services
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
