About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technical Advisor to lead our organization’s technology strategy, innovation roadmap, and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, oversee system architecture, and drive adoption of emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the organization’s overall technology vision and strategy aligned with business goals.

Advise leadership on technical trends, digital transformation, and innovation opportunities.

Oversee architecture design, infrastructure planning, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms for organizational growth.

Guide technical teams in system integration, automation, and product enhancement.

Ensure data protection, IT governance, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and performance.

Mentor and build high-performing engineering and IT teams, promoting a culture of innovation.

Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and technology providers.

Report to executive leadership on technology performance, risks, and future roadmap.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

8–10 years of proven experience in technical leadership, IT architecture, or digital transformation roles.

Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise software.

Demonstrated ability to align technology with business and strategic goals.

Experience managing large-scale systems and diverse technical teams.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
